Class Descriptions
The Fluid You is an entry level class that establishes the foundation for practice and builds slowly. Lubricate your bones, free the breath, center the mind and gradually build strength and flexibility Each class ends with a meditative relaxation. New to yoga? Returning after an absence? This class is for you.
Level I brings long warm-ups, basic alignment principles, fundamental poses, and centering breath work.Each class ends with a meditative relaxation
Level II-Building a larger repertoire of poses, longer holds, inversions and arm balances, pranayama… two years practice in alignment based yoga required..Each class ends with a meditative relaxation.
